Preparation
Thoroughly clean trout and remove gills
Brush the trout over with the well-beaten egg
Dip into bread crumbs
Fry in hot fat until golden brown

2 cleaned trout with the gills removed
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Anchovy Sauce
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients and boil for a minute or two
